Established in 1995, Tyler A. Gold, P.A. became a leading local and statewide REO closing agent for national lenders and servicers — and has grown into a full closing and title practice for buyers, sellers, brokers, investors and lenders throughout the State of Florida.
The firm is a licensed title agent underwritten by Chicago National Title Insurance Company, First American Title and Westcor, closing residential and commercial transactions from its Aventura office and in every corner of the state. In a field defined by volume and deadlines, we built a practice defined instead by precision — the kind that turns a complicated file into a clean, conveyable asset.
